Start webcam select preference.
Under 'Webcam' section click on 'Camera Source'.
In drop-down box select 'Fake webam'. You may have to restart yahoo messenger.

Yes. In Yahoo webcam window, click File->Preference->Web Cam->Camera Source, select between your physical cam and fake webcam.
